Redefining the Meaning of Success: Hillary Clinton's Next Great Challenge?

Arianna Huffington: We don't yet know what big challenge Hillary Clinton will take on next, but that she will bring her considerable talents to something big and worthwhile is not in question. Whether or not that challenge is trying to become the first woman president, she's in a unique position to help redefine success by using her experience to address the issue of stress in the workplace. Lack of sleep, overwork, and burnout are defining features of America's business and political culture. Hillary Clinton is in a singular position to change this. As she said in November, "I would like to see whether I can get untired." And maybe I'm dreaming, but the world needs Hillary not only to get herself "untired," but in the next chapter of her life to become a role model for the idea that one can both be untired and successful. If so, there's no ceiling on what she could accomplish for women -- and yes, for men too.

Todavía no sé qué gran reto Hillary Clinton se enfrentará en el futuro, pero que va pondra a funcionar sus considerable talento es algo grande y valioso y ello no está en discusión. Ya sea que su desafío sería tratar de convertirse en la primera mujer presidenta en USA, eso sería colocarse en una posición única para ayudar a redefinir el éxito del país mediante el uso de su experiencia para abordar los problemas más importantes. La falta de sueño, el exceso de trabajo y el agotamiento están definiendo las características de las empresas de Estados Unidos y de la cultura política. Hillary Clinton se encuentra en una posición singular para cambiar esto. Como ella dijo en noviembre, " me gustaría ver si puedo conseguir lo incansable". Y tal vez estoy soñando, pero el mundo necesita Hillary no sólo para sí conseguir "lo incansable", sino en el siguiente capítulo de su vida para convertirse en un modelo a seguir con la idea de que uno puede ser ambos cosas, incansable y exitosa. Si es así, no hay límite a lo que puede lograr como ejemplo para  las mujeres - y  también para los hombres.
